This fee is payment for the course itself and is due on or before the second Monday of each month classes are held unless the semester payment option has been indicated. PayPal deducts 2.9% for their service as their service fee which is included in each amount. You may also choose to have an automatic payment made at the beginning of each month for both semesters.
